The hearing for a man accused of murder has been delayed again. Brandon Brown faces a first-degree murder charge in connection with the September shooting death of 28-year-old Jeremiah Francis. Tulsa Police say Francis was inside a bar when he was shot in the neck. Francis died at the scene.
Witnesses identified Brown to police.
Brown was originally scheduled to go to court in November, but the court date was delayed until this month. His preliminary hearing is now set for February 11.
Brown also faces other gun-related charges.
