Grilled, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Seasoned with Lemon Pepper and cut into strips1/2 medium Green Pepper (thinly sliced) 1/2 medium Red Pepper (thinly sliced) 1/4 Med Purple Onion (thinly sliced) 10 Black Olives (thinly sliced) 1 Tomato (thinly sliced) Garlic, Basil and Oregano to Taste
Directions:
Combine ingredients and toss. We suggest using an Olive Oil Vinaigrette with Green Peppercorns dressing. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
