1/4 cup of parmesan cheese1 tablespoon of butter 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and shallots 1 cup of cream A pinch of white pepper and salt 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of capers 1/4 cup of tomatoes Grilled Salmon Cappelini pasta Your choice of sauteed vegetables
Directions:
Heat a skillet to medium high. Cook the butter and garlic, shallots and vegetables (if desired) until softened. Reduce heat to medium. Add the cream, salt and white pepper. Bring to a boil and add parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to simmer. Add lemon juice, capers and tomatoes. Simmer until thickened.
Serve over grilled salmon with a side of cappellini pasta and sauteed vegetables.
