1 1/2 lb chicken breast 2 T butter 2 c mushrooms, sliced 2 T shallots, chopped salt & pepper to taste 1/2 c marsala wine 2 c heavy cream
Directions:
Sauté chicken in butter (3 min on each side). Add mushrooms, shallots, salt and pepper. Sauté another 2 min. Add Marsala wine. Add cream and reduce for 1 1/2 min. Arrange chicken breasts on serving platter and pour sauce over chicken.
