Ingredients:

1 Puff Pastry1 Egg
Chili powder
Toasted Cumin seeds
Shredded Jack and Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Flour

Directions:

Brush the puff pastry with an egg wash. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients - to taste. Fold, then lightly sprinkle the top with flour. Cut, twist and bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
