1 bag (12oz.) broccoli slaw 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped 2/3 cup cilantro 1/2 cup water chestnuts 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into strips 1 can (11oz.) Mandarin oranges in light syrup, reserving the juice 1 tbsp. orange zest 2 tbsp. sugar substitute (made from maldextrose andn sucralose) 2 tsp. hot chili oil 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix broccoli slaw, bell pepper, cilantro, water chestnuts, onion and oranges in a large mixing bowl; set aside. 2. In a small mixing bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, sugar substitute, chili oil, pepepr and sesame seeds. Pour over slaw mixture and toss. Refrigerate at least one hour and serve.
