3 T. light mayonnaise (1g fat per tablespoon) 3 T. fat-free sour cream 2 medium apples, diced 2 medium stalks of celery, diced 1/2 C. miniature marshmallows 1-1/2 C. raisins 2 T. chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise and sour cream together. Set aside. In a larger bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Toss fruit with mayonnaise mixture. Chill before serving.
