Ingredients:

1 box (16 oz) angel food cake mix
1/2 box (7.2 oz) fat-free fluffy white frosting mix
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/4 C. coconut, toasted
1/4 C. dried tropical fruit

Directions:

Prepare angel food cake according to package directions. Cool completely. Combine 3/4 cup frosting mix with 1/4 cup boiling water. Proceed according to package directions. Add coconut flavoring and blend well. Frost top of cake. Sprinkle coconut and dried fruit over cake.
