½ lb. butter¾ C. bacon bits 5 lb. baked peeled potatoes, diced ¾ C. green onion 2 C. colby jack cheese, shredded 1 C. sour cream 1 tsp. Nature seasoning 1 tsp. ground black pepper 2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Bake, dice and peel potatoes. Melt butter, saute bacon. Add potatoes, green onion. Add all other spices. Fold in sour cream. Top with cheese. Be sure to mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F., for one hour.
