2/3 C. white wine or non-alcoholic wine 3 C. (12 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded 1 T. cornstarch Bread cubes Sliced vegetables
Directions:
Bring wine to a boil in a fondue pot over high heat. Combine cheese and cornstarch in mixing bowl. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add cheese mixture, whisking constantly until melted and smooth. Keep fondue warm over a low flame. Serve with sliced bread cubes and vegetables of choice.
