1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced 1 Small Red Onion, sliced and separated into rings 2 Navel Oranges, peeled and sectioned 1 Banana, peeled and sliced 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and chunked 1 Gala Apple, cored and chunked 1/2 cup Athenos Crumbled Garlic and Herb Feta Cheese
Directions:
Place spinach in a large bowl, or spread onto a serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients, in the order listed. If serving salad in a bowl, toss lightly.
This salad is scrumptious when dressed with any of the following Maple Grove Farms dressings: Fat Free Poppyseed, Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, or Balsamic Vinaigrette with Pure Maple Syrup. Enjoy!
