Butter flavored cooking spray1 pkg (18.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix(2.5 grams fat per 1/12 of cake mix) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 can (15 ounces) sliced pears, in natural juices, drained 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 9-inch spring form pan with cooking spray. 2. in medium blowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, applesauce and egg substitute. 3. in a blender or food processor, process pears until smooth and add to cake mixture. beat until smooth. set aside. 4. place nuts on ungreased baking sheet and toast about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. 5. pour cake mixture into pan. sprinkle evenly with choclate chips and toasted pecans. 6. bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cool 10 minutes. carefully run a knife around sides of pan to loosen. cool completely on wire rack, remove sides of pan before serving.
