Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh mushrooms - sliced1 medium onion - slivered
3/4 stick butter
3/4 Cup Wydlewood Cellars Elderberry Wine
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until softened. Add wine and simmer until ready to serve.
