1 C. butter 2 C. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 C. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 2/3 C. white chocolate chips 1/2 C. macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Cool slightly, remove to wire rack.
