1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries Few whole cranberries for garnish 1 cup chopped red apple 1 cup celery 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved 1/3 cup raisins 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 16 oz. container low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Chop the cranberries in a food processor. Add the other ingredients and mix together. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir just before serving. Option: For garnish, you could make some "Frosted Cranberries" by wetting a few whole cranberries with water and roll in sugar. Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
