8 ounces fat free milk5-7 large unsweetened strawberries 1 medium ripe banana 1 tablespoon honey 6 ounces orange juice
Directions:
put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour leftover smoothie in small plastic cups, put a stick in the middle and freeze. makes great frozen fruit pops.
