1 container (6 ounces) fat-free, sugar-free yogurt 2 cups ice 1 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches or banana) 1/2 cup fruit juice (apple, orange or pineapple) 2 tablespoons sugar substitute (made from maldextrose and sucralose) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4-1/2 cup water, as needed depending on thickness
