2 c. whole cranberries ½ c. granulated sugar ½ c. chopped pecans 2 eggs 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. granulated sugar ½ c. butter or margarine ¼ c. shortening
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 10" pie pan well. Spread cranberries over the bottom of the pie pan; sprinkle with ½ c. sugar and chopped nuts. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs well; add remaining cup of sugar to eggs and mix well. Next add flour, melted butter and shortening to eggs and sugar mixture. Mix well, then pour over berries in pan. Bake for 1 hour or until lightly browned on top.
