Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 8-inch round pan w/cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with wafer crumbs. In medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, egg substitute, flour, and vanilla. Beat until smooth with an electric mixer. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into pan. Bake 30-45 minutes or until set. Cool slightly, then chill for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
