Oklahoma Troops To Return Home For The Holidays

Wal-Mart stepped forward on Wednesday to help Oklahoma troops come home for the upcoming holidays.

Word of some great news for Oklahoma's 45th Infantry.  2,600 soldiers will be home for the holidays.  Thursday morning, Wal-Mart gave the final $20,000 needed to fund Governor Brad Henry's "Operation Holiday Homecoming".  

The National Guard members are currently training in Fort Bliss, Texas.  The 45th will be home now from December 23rd to January 2nd. 

After the holidays, the troops will be returning to Texas and then on to Iraq.
