Apple, Sausage and Chestnut Stuffing

Ingredients:
1 ea. green apple, diced
1 ea. red apple, diced
3 oz. onion, diced
2 oz. butter
4 oz. dried cranberries
6 oz. sweet Italian sausage
4 oz. chopped chestnuts
8 oz. day old bread (replace some bread with cornbread)
6 oz. chicken stock
2 ea. Whole eggs
1 oz. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute apples, sausage and onions in butter, add cranberries and season. Add chestnuts, bread into mixture. Add liquid ingredients, mix thoroughly, place in dish, bake until golden brown @350* approx. 45 min - 1 hour
