Pie Filling:
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 C. 2% milk
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 T. flour
3 T. maple syrup
2 T. bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
(slightly beat eggs & egg whites together)

Topping:
1/3 C. chopped pecans
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dark corn syrup
1/ 2tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Bake pie at 375 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes. Remove and add topping. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Cover pie edges with foil to prevent burning.
