Louisiana Homicide Suspect Arrested In Tulsa
<p>Tulsa Police say that the Louisiana homicide suspect is in custody.</p><p>The suspect, Oshay Booker, is accused of killing his stepfather the former mayor of Winnfield Louisiana.
