Rogers County Deputies say a party involving meth led to a shooting then and an arrest for child neglect.
Deputies were called to a home near 4200 Road off the Will Rogers Turnpike around 7 am Saturday morning after someone heard shots fired. When they arrived, deputies found Lewis Michael Stephens, another man, and Tabitha Diane Tamayo.
According to deputies, the three were doing meth and after a dispute, Stephens fired 10 to 15 shots at the other man because he said the man stole from him.
Stephens was arrested for shooting with intent to kill and deputies say the shooting was all caught on security camera.
Deputies also arrested Tabitha Tamayo for child neglect because they say her 13-year-old son was at the home while the group was doing meth.
