CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Catoosa Man Leads Owasso Police On Chase

A Catoosa man is behind bars after Owasso police arrested him for shoplifting and leading officers on a chase.

Robert Morgan is accused of stealing hundreds of dollars worth of items from Lowes in Owasso. Police say an officer deflated Morgan's tire to get him to stop but he kept driving.

Police say they followed Morgan into Catoosa before he surrendered peacefully
