The Tulsa Police Department and Oklahoma Highway Patrol are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting Sunday evening.

Tulsa PD And OHP Arrest Suspect In Ivy Place Apartment Shooting

Tulsa Police now have a man in custody after a shooting at the Ivy Place Apartments near Admiral and Garnett.

Police say Toby Bearshead shot a woman in the arm around 8:30 Sunday night. Police say he got into a fight with a man earlier in the week and a few of the man's family members came to confront Bearshead on Sunday.

The woman who police say Bearshead shot was in that group. Police say the woman is now in the hospital and is expected to be okay.

Bearshead is in the Tulsa County jail for shooting with intent to kill.
