Salvation Army Opens Temporary Homeless Shelter To Follow CDC Guidelines

The Salvation Army opened a new temporary homeless shelter as a way to make sure their clients are able to follow CDC guidelines. Monday, they moved people into the old Juvenile Justice Center.
