TULSA, Okla. - A teenager is dead after Tulsa police said he was shot and fell out of a moving vehicle.
"The witnesses here have been instrumental in identifying the suspect's vehicle. We believe we may have a suspect name soon to be released later, but that's crucial in these types of incidents. Without their help, half of our cases would go nowhere," Tulsa Police Sgt. Matt Rose said.
Officers said they received multiple calls of people shooting at each other near East 56th Street North and MLK Jr. Blvd. Police said a car drove away and a victim fell onto the street a couple blocks away.
Officers said he was taken to a hospital and later died.
Investigators said they are still working with witnesses.
