Amber & Brooks are back in the kitchen with another great recipe! This week is a Creamy Breakfast Casserole.
20 oz pkg Frozen Hashbrowns
1 C milk
2 C Shredded Cheddar
1/2 brick cream cheese (room temp)
1 lb ground sausage
1/2 onion (chopped)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, sauté the sausage and onions until cooked through. Drain well and return to skillet, adding the Hashbrowns. Sauté another 3-4 minutes.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and cream cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spray 9X13” baking pan with non stick cooking spray, then pour the hash brown and sausage mixture and spread evenly. Cover with shredded cheddar, then pour egg mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
