Man Wanted Out Of Arkansas Arrested, Tulsa Police Say

Tulsa police said they arrested a man who was wanted on multiple felony warrants out of Arkansas.

Police said they ran a tag on an SUV with Arkansas plates on I-244 and said the vehicle came back stolen. Officers said they tried stopping the driver, now identified as Devan Hamby, on the Harvard exit ramp, but he sped away northbound on Harvard.

Police said he turned west onto Pine and then into a neighborhood before running on foot.

Hamby was arrested a block away and officers said they discovered his warrants after identifying him.
