Tulsa Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Gist Addresses Back To School Plan

Tulsa Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Deborah Gist is recommending virtual learning to start the upcoming school year but right now that's just a recommendation with the school board still set to vote on a decision next week. Dr. Gist joined News On 6 Tuesday morning to talk more about the plan.
