Tulsa SPCA Urges Pet Owner To Microchip Pets

The Tulsa SPCA says the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed that some of the fundamentals of how to prevent your pet from getting lost have been forgotten.

This includes collars and ID Tags, to getting your pet microchipped.
