The mother of two toddlers who went missing and were found dead will now go to court.

A Tulsa County Judge ruled there was enough evidence for Donisha Willis to face trial.

Three-year-old Miracle Crook, and her 21-month-old brother, Tony, drowned in May. It took several agencies almost a week to find their bodies after they went missing.

Tulsa Police said surveillance video shows them walk through a gap in the fence near their apartments that led to Mingo Creek.

Police said their mother, Willis, was found sleeping on a couch after the children went missing and refused to help search for them.
