A relative of Miracle and Tony Crook believes more people should be charged in connection with the toddlers' deaths. The relative wished to remain anonymous, and tells News on 6 she is frustrated with the new charges and doesn't think justice has been fully served.

"I do not agree that this was an accident," the relative told News on 6. "A lot of emotions are going through me. Who would expect to lose two kids at one time? The way that they were lost was heartbreaking--- but we know things happen and they are in a better place -- but justice is not served on my end," says the relative.

Three-year-old Miracle and two-year-old Tony Crook disappeared from the Shoreline Apartments on May 22. The children's bodies were recovered days later, one in Bird Creek and the other in the Verdigris River. The affidavit said a relative had custody of the children because Willis and the childrens’ father were both in prison.

Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler says he has no reason to look into other people right now, because the kids died under Willis' watch -- and that is why she now faces two counts of second degree murder charges.

"I get that people are concerned but at the end of the day, we’re gonna be looking at who is the person who has principal responsibility for what took place on any given day and any particular location," Kunzweiler explained.

Kunzweiler hopes more people report suspected cases of neglect in the future.

"Our biggest concern is we know things are going on We hope that the people who have the best available eyes on these children. If they observe something that that's going on, they need to be acting," said Kunzweiler.
