Inmate Charged With Assault After Argument In Rogers County Jail

An inmate in the Rogers County jail has been charged with assault after deputies said an argument broke out in a holding cell.

Deputies said Donald Raleigh was being held with another inmate but wanted to be moved because of a misunderstanding about his cellmate’s charges.

When the inmate wouldn’t let Raleigh call a guard, deputies said Raleigh started hitting and kicking the other inmate.

Raleigh is in custody at the Rogers county jail, charged with assault and battery.
