Tahlequah Public Schools Says Individual Tests Positive For COVID-19

Tahlequah Public Schools said Sunday that an individual on one of its campuses has tested positive for COVID-19. The district made the announcement on its Facebook page.

TPS said the positive case originated from Sequoyah Pre-K Center.

The positive case has required 16 students and two staff members to enter into immediate quarantine.

The district said those who were in close contact with the individual have already been notified.
