'Problem Solvers' Caucus Creates New COVID-19 Relief Plan

Congress is working to pass some kind of COVID-19 relief package before the Presidential election in November but continue to run into roadblocks. Now the so-called Problem Solvers Caucus, a bipartisan group of 50 House members 25 Republicans and 25 Democrats, are trying to offer a road map to a solution.
