Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Supplying Gun Used In TPD Officer Shooting

Tulsa’s U.S. Attorney filed charges against a man he said supplied the gun used to kill Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and injure Officer Aurash Zarkeshan.

Court documents said Jakob Garland traded a pistol to David Ware in exchange for heroin.

Garland is charged with having a gun as a felon and having a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
