Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma is now offering special counseling for those struggling with COVID-19 anxiety and depression.

CRSOK says the coronavirus pandemic brings uncertainty every day and they want to help people navigate through those anxieties in a safe and healthy way.

They are now offering free counseling specifically for those struggling with COVID-19 anxieties in addition to their regular counseling sessions. Whether you have lost someone due to the virus, are struggling with how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe, or are having trouble staying home for the long periods of time that quarantine has brought, CRSOK wants you to reach out for a session.

Cathy Olberding with CRSOK says those battling depression and suicidal thoughts due to the pandemic should seek their help immediately.

“If you’re feeling depressed if you’re feeling anxious if you have time just leaving the house give us a call, we want to help you,” Olberding says.

To schedule a session or just speak with someone, you can check their website, give them a call, show up in person, or schedule a telehealth appointment.

The office number is 918-492-2554 and the address to show up for in person services is 7010 S Yale Ave # 215, Tulsa, OK 74136.
