Macy's Holding Job Fair For Fulfillment Center Positions

Thousands of jobs are available at the Macy's fulfillment center, and the company is holding a job fair Thursday to fill those positions.

Macy's management said they're looking to hire more than 5,800 full-time and part-time seasonal workers.

There's a variety of positions available, but the jobs will focus on orders made online or through the Macy's mobile app.

The company said approximately 1,000 of its seasonal employees from last year transitioned to full-time jobs after the holidays.

Macy's said health and safety precautions are being taken due to COVID-19, including temperature checks, enhanced cleaning and face masks will be provided if you don't have one.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Macy's fulfillment center on 76th Street North east of Highway 75.
