City Of Tulsa Making $5M Available In Downtown Development Loans

The city of Tulsa is making $5 Million in loans available for new development projects downtown.

The projects must have a housing component and create new business for the city.

Some of the past projects include The Mayo, 420 building, the Boxyard and Adams Apartments.

Applications will be available October 1st.
