The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is suspending visitation again to all state-run facilities effective immediately due to COVID-19.
The department said the visitation suspension is necessary due to numerous facilities being declared COVID-19 hot spots.
Inmates will be allowed two free 10-minute calls each week to contact loved ones. The department said visitation will resume as soon as possible.
