The Tulsa Health Department said there’s a rise in the number of positive COVID-19 cases in downtown Tulsa.

Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s office said the spike is due to the increase of inmate cases at the Tulsa County Jail in downtown. Meanwhile, Tulsa businesses said they are still doing what they can to minimize the spread.
