Mannford PD Cancels Silver Alert For 70-Year-Old Man

Update: The silver alert has been canceled as Irwin has been found.

A Silver Alert has been issued in Mannford for 70-year-old Elvin Irwin, last seen around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Officials said Irwin was last seen in a white t-shirt, tan shorts, blue shoes and was wearing an OU ballcap.

Officials said Irwin has dementia and diabetic and left without any medication.
