Beggs Woman Charged For Murder Of Her 2 Children

Federal prosecutors charged a Beggs woman accused of killing two of her children and shooting a third.

Amy Hall is charged with two counts of murder and one count of assault with intent to commit murder in Indian Country. Hall is also accused of trying to kill her third child, who was shot but survived.

The shooting happened in 2018. Hall’s attorneys asked a judge to dismiss the case following the Supreme Court’s ruling on tribal jurisdiction.

Hall is expected to be in court next month.
