Many safety measures are in place for voters and precinct workers at polls across Tulsa County. Officials said to expect similar approaches to the June and August elections.

All precinct workers are expected to be wearing a mask or face covering. Masks are also encouraged for voters coming to the polls.

A Tulsa County Election Board official told News On 6 they are equipped with personal protective equipment for all workers.

Hand sanitizing stations are also placed at different locations across the county. Signs encouraging physical distancing will be posted.

There are enough pens for each voter in Tulsa County to receive their own so they will not have to be shared.
