Union School Board To Discuss Changing School's Mascot

The Union School Board will meet on Monday night where they are expected to discuss changing the Union mascot. According to the School Board agenda, they will consider discontinuing the use of the Redskins logo and mascot. The discussion will include recommendations from a special committee that was put together specifically to look into the issue.

The Union School Board will hold a meeting on Monday night where they are expected to discuss changing the Union mascot.

According to the School Board agenda, they will consider discontinuing the use of the Redskins logo and mascot. The discussion will include recommendations from a special committee that was put together specifically to look into the issue.

The public will be allowed to speak at the meeting however attendees will have to sign in beforehand.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
