In a Tuesday press conference, officials from the Tulsa Health Department said Tulsa County is at an all-time high for the rolling seven day average of positive COVID-19 cases.

Mayor G.T. Bynum once again called for surrounding cities to do what they can to help ease the strain on Tulsa's hospitals.
"You have 61% of the people that are being hospitalized since September with this virus, who don't, aren't governed by the Tulsa City Council and I. They are from other communities, so it has to be as we talk about a regional health care system, it has to be a regional response."
361 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Tulsa County on Tuesday along with two new deaths
