Tulsa Public Schools students in first through third grade will begin returning to the classroom on Monday morning. This bunch of students will return one week after the district brought back pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students.

A mask is required for all students and staff members and the district will provide one for students who do not have one.

Parents are asked to complete a health screening questionnaire. Any “yes” answer on the questionnaire indicates a scenario where a student should be kept home.

When students arrive, they will be directed towards their classroom and assigned a seat and a group of students they will interact with.

Breakfast will be eaten inside classrooms while lunch will be eaten in cafeterias, with distanced seating and staggered schedules.

Many parts of school buildings will be sanitized throughout the day.

Students will take part in distance learning each Wednesday but will be inside classrooms every other weekday. A running total of the district’s COVID-19 status can be found by Clicking Here.
