Muskogee Public Schools is one of the latest districts to announce its move to virtual learning starting on Monday.
Superintendent Jarod Mendenhall said that with an already high number of students in quarantine, the upcoming holiday and flu seasons are a factor to consider.
"We know what to do so that's the thing about it," said Mendenhall. "it's not like these three weeks or something that we can mark off our list and say oh we don't have to do that no you have to do the work and you have to take attendance the whole 9 yards."
